Who can be life coached?

Life coaching is open to anyone, regardless of age, class, gender and educational background or cultural upbringing. Some people want to build on their skills and abilities to help others reach their goals. For others, it’s more of a personal journey and a time for growth.


What does it involve?

A coach helps to indentify where the client is now and helps him to gain better clarity and   focus about what you want in life. Setting priorities so that you have time to nurture yourself and others. A coach helps to create a detailed action plan and create accountability so that you keep moving. Motivate you to focus on your ideas and discover helpful resources and marketing possibilities.
Sessions can be by phone, email, one to one or group workshops.
